Terms and Conditions
Terms of payment are at Keir Surgical’s eStore’s sole discretion and are agreed to when an order is placed.
- Keir Surgical will charge credit cards immediately prior to shipping from Keir Surgical.
- Keir Surgical’s eStore does not accept cash, COD, purchase orders or personal cheques.
- Keir Surgical’s eStore will mail you an invoice within 24 hours of shipment. If you do not receive an invoice, please contact our Customer Service directly at 1.800.663.4525 or email webinfo@keirsurgical.com
- Keir Surgical’s eStore payment terms are subject to change without notice at Keir Surgical’s sole discretion.

- Keir Surgical’s eStore reserves the right to refuse an order and refund the purchase price if the particulars of the order do not satisfy our purchase and delivery conditions. PLEASE NOTE, Keir Surgical’s eStore is not responsible for any fluctuation in the exchange rate if a non-Canadian credit card is used.
- The cardholder must be the one who places the order. An order cannot be placed on behalf of anyone else.
- If you are using a company card, your name must also be listed as a cardholder on the account.
- In order to best protect our customers, Keir Surgical’s eStore will verify that all shipping addresses match the address listed as the primary address for the cardholder.
- All orders are subject to a verification process before shipping. Processing time may vary.
- Shipping times vary. Please refer to the information on your receipt of order for specific information.
- The information above is based on average delivery times to major city centres and does not represent a guarantee of service. Unless otherwise specified, Keir Surgical’s sStore will ship orders by courier. In the event that there is no one available to sign for the order, pick-up at a local depot may be required. Delivery times may be longer in rural areas and in some areas pick-up at a local depot may be required.

- The customer, or a person at the customer's delivery address, may have an agreement with a courier company (such as FedEx) whereby no recipient signature is required at the time goods are delivered by the courier. In such a case, Keir Surgical is not responsible or liable in any way for any orders which have been recorded by the courier as having been delivered, but that have nevertheless been lost, stolen, or damaged. The customer waives any such loss or damage claims against Keir Surgical, notwithstanding the failure of Keir Surgical or the applicable to produce a proof of delivery signed by an individual at the customer's delivery address.
